Life is vibrant, exciting, challenging and can be painful. We have an internal drive to be fulfilled and contribute, and often there can be a gap between the vision we hold for ourselves and our lived reality.

This is the fruit of the journey. We want and learn as we go, becoming who we can be, and ideally making a life we’re proud of. Having people on our life team for this epic journey is essential to push our limits of how we see ourselves and what we think we can achieve, as well as utilizing tools and practices available to help us ‘human’ with more ease, joy, confidence, vision and impact.

How We Come to Be

We come into this world as sweet little beings, sponges absorbing the world around us. Our brains are wired to categorize and store information. We accumulate beliefs about ourselves, the world and how we need to be to stay safe. We accumulate unexpressed feelings and traumas that get stored in our bodies. We adapt to our situation, developing thought, feeling and behavioral patterns linked to our beliefs, helping us navigate through.

Unchecked, we can still be guided by these beliefs, feelings and patterns - our ‘default mode’ - years later when we or our life situation is changed and we have changed. We can still overlay our old experiences and frameworks to new situations as if they are the same and we’re the same. But we’re always learning, growing and changing.

How Coaching Supports Our Growth

Coaching is an opportunity to check in with ourselves and our lives, to shine light (and love) on all our parts, integrate them in and consciously design our lives. It can be powerful to explore in a neutral, empowering space to fully express ourselves without fear of judgment or repercussions.

When we let ourselves out, through feeling, speaking, moving, breathing, we can be surprised by what’s inside, finding new insights and awareness that help us see ourselves and our lives a little differently. We can then sort what serves us now, what we’ve outgrown and what want to let go of or do differently. How can I approach my life in a way that gets me closer to how I want to be, practically?

When we bring awareness and attention to ourselves, we open up so many more choices for action in line with who we are becoming, rather than who we have been. This can catalyze shifts in all areas of our lives (sense of self, relationships, work, community, spirituality, etc.)

As we shed what doesn’t serve us anymore and integrate in new ways of being, we free ourselves up for new adventures, connections, creativity, and a growing sense of personal integrity, self-trust and fulfilment. We consciously create our lives.

I am here to hold space, be a champion for your highest vision for yourself, and walk with you as you BECOME your next stage of you. We will do courageous work together - and have fun while we do it.
