What is Coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process that helps you gain clarity, break through obstacles, and take intentional action toward your goals. It provides a supportive, judgment-free space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, allowing you to make empowered choices and create meaningful change.

Unlike therapy, which often focuses on healing the past, coaching is about unlocking your potential in the present and future, while tracking where certain patterns came from and integrating those parts in with love and acceptance. Through deep listening, powerful questions, and strategic guidance, coaching helps you shift limiting beliefs, align with your values, and step into the life you truly want—on your terms.

WHOLE-LIFE COACHING

At some point in our life journey, many of us have the insight that a lot of what we’re taught we should be and do isn’t all it cracked up to be. We may ask, “Is there another way?”

Whether you’re well on that road or just asking the question, my role is to help facilitate your thinking and emergence to nurture YOUR way - what matters to you, on your own terms.

We all have “stuff” from our pasts that influences our present. With care, consciousness and compassion, we can give each of those parts some love and attention and sort how we want to live and be NOW. When we feel like our life is aligned to our deepest desires, values and visions for the future, our aliveness, joy and wellbeing skyrocket - and we can share these blessings with everyone we come in contact with.

I care about liberating our spirits from our conditioning and help people shed beliefs that:

  • We need to be nonstop-productive and should feel guilty for resting.

  • That we should put everyone else ahead of ourselves and feel guilty when we don’t.

  • That we should feel shame for our wants, needs and feelings… that we should feel shame. Period. It’s toxic.

  • That we ‘should’ do anything, and everything. We can consciously choose.

  • That we live in a binary of black/white, right/wrong.

  • That people who don’t look, think or behave like us are inherently wrong, problematic or less than.

  • Life needs to be a struggle and pleasure is forbidden.

If any of that is you - these messages are woven into our culture and it’s impossible to not have them impact us in one way or another.

However, with awareness, intention and action, we can shed the old and live on our own terms.

10 Common Fears about Living Fully
That Coaching Can Help With

Fear is the most common reason we hold ourselves back from expressing ourselves fully and going for what we want. The goal is not to be fearLESS, but to stand courageously in the face of fear and do it anyway.

Here are some very common and very human fears (so have compassion if you relate to any!)

  1. Fear of Being "Too Much" – Worrying that fully being you will lead to judgment, rejection, or being seen as selfish or overwhelming.

  2. Fear of Disappointment – The fear that pursuing what truly lights you up might end in failure or not be as fulfilling as imagined.

  3. Fear of Change & Loss – Resistance to transformation because it might require leaving behind relationships, careers, or identities that no longer fit.
