We gather every other week on Zoom for curated sensory-engaging experiences around a different theme each week to explore and wake up different parts of ourselves & our lives.

Why Focus on ’Aliveness’?
Aliveness is a path to liberation, wholeness and presence. So much of our world is geared to keep us in fear, distraction or numbness. When we’re in these states our critical thinking is turned off and we disengage, usually for safety or comfort.
Aliveness is our life force—the energy behind everything we are and do. It’s being fully present, whether bold and expansive or quiet and grounded. It is OURS.
When we engage our senses and act from aliveness, we tap into our frontal lobe—the center of decision-making, emotional regulation, and intentional action—rather than our survival instincts. This fuels courage, presence, and real-time responsiveness, boosting energy and easing emotional exhaustion.
